I am in the implementation phase of rolling out SAP HCM Payroll for our United Arab Emirates workforce and need an expert who has already delivered UAE payroll inside SAP. The blueprint is complete and the system landscape is live; what remains is the country-specific configuration and a smooth first live run.
Your role will be to refine the UAE payroll schema, create or adjust wage types, set up statutory calculations such as end-of-service gratuity and leave encashment, and make sure every result aligns with local labour law and Ministry of Labour reporting requirements. You will guide my team through iterative test cycles, resolve calculation issues, and ensure the posting to FI runs without error. We are on SAP ECC EHP8 and using the MENA Best Practice baseline.
Deliverables
– A fully configured UAE payroll client that produces correct net pay, statutory calculations, and compliant bank & MOL files
– A test evidence pack covering at least three retro periods plus a year-end run
– A knowledge-transfer session so my team can support the solution going forward
Acceptance criteria: payroll results must match the parallel-run spreadsheet within ±0.1 AED for all test employees; error logs are clear; MOL/GOSI and bank transfer files load successfully with no rejections.
I am ready to start next week and aim to reach payroll readiness within six weeks. If you have hands-on UAE payroll experience in SAP and can work remotely in real time with my internal specialists, I would like to hear from you.
