Two-sided marketplace platform - Santa performer booking (web + mobile apps)

We are building Santa's Magical Memories, a two-sided marketplace connecting families and businesses with professional Santa performers, handling the full booking lifecycle in one platform.

Three portals on a shared database plus an automated services layer:
- Consumer: search and filter, booking requests, in-platform messaging, deposits and final payment, reviews
- Santa: onboarding wizard, calendar and availability, package and pricing setup, booking accept/decline, on-site check-in and check-out, earnings
- Super admin: application review, background check oversight, commission configuration per performer, dispute resolution, financial reporting

Scope includes a responsive website and mobile applications for both user types, delivered as one project.

The scope of work is 34 pages covering 128 functions, architecture requirements, and seven interface designs with the reasoning behind each decision.

Key technical areas: booking engine with non-exclusive soft holds, third-party background check integration, multiple payment method integrations with API confirmation, fuzzy-match customer attribution, AI message moderation.
