Sales Specialist for Water Tech Startup

Freelance Sales & Business Development Partner (Berlin / remote) - sustainable water technology startup

We are Grüne Welt Consulting, a young Berlin startup building a small solar-thermal water recycling unit for small food and drink producers, such as craft breweries. These companies pay high fees to dispose of their wastewater, and we help them cut that cost. Our first customers will be breweries in and around Berlin and the wider German market.

We are looking for a freelance sales partner who can open doors and build our first customer network.

Your tasks:
- Find and contact the right companies (craft breweries and similar small producers)
- Start conversations and book first meetings
- Build industry contacts and a small network
- Support marketing, for example LinkedIn posts
- Represent us at trade fairs and client meetings

What we are looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in food and drink, craft beer, or sustainability
- Good network or good access to small producers in Germany
- Fluent German and good English
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and outreach
- Self-driven, reliable, and happy to work in an early-stage startup

How we work:
- Budget: fixed hourly rate of EUR 15-18 per hour, plus a commission for every client you help us win
- Time: about 4-5 hours per week
- Mostly remote, with some in-person trade fairs and client meetings in Germany
- Start: active sales work is planned to begin in about 6 months. Until then we stay in touch and get to know each other.
