Sales PDFs to Spreadsheet

I have a stack of sales reports that have already been scanned into PDF. Some pages let you copy-and-paste cleanly while others are simply images of the text, so the information will have to be keyed in or captured with your preferred OCR tool and then verified.

What I need is every figure and label from each PDF transferred into a single, well-structured spreadsheet. Accuracy is critical because these numbers go straight into monthly summaries. Please retain original column headings, dates, product names and all numeric values exactly as they appear.

You’re free to use software to speed things up, but every row must be double-checked so totals match the source files. I’ll spot-check several random entries before signing off. When finished, send back the completed spreadsheet along with any notes about unreadable sections or anomalies you encountered.
