Job Summary:
The Sales Manager at Creative Chaos will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Bachelor's degree in Finance as the position revolves around Finance SAAS sales.
5+ years of experience in SAAS sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams
Strong understanding of SAAS products and the software market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
Experience in developing sales training programs for team development
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
