Sales-Focused Telecalling Lead Generation

I need an experienced telecaller who can work the full sales cycle—finding the right prospect, sparking interest, and guiding the conversation all the way to a confirmed sale. You will be calling both B2B and B2C contacts across the Technology, Healthcare, and Finance sectors, so confidence moving between professional decision-makers and individual consumers is essential.

The campaign’s single metric of success is revenue: every call should aim to sell our products or services. I will supply a concise product brief, a target list, and basic talk tracks; you refine the pitch in real time, handle objections, and keep detailed notes in the shared CRM.

Deliverables
• Daily call logs with contact outcome, next steps, and follow-up dates
• Weekly summary of closed deals and in-progress opportunities
• Recorded calls (where legally permissible) for quality review

Acceptance Criteria
• Minimum agreed number of calls completed each day
• Create a Google sheets on regular basis like number of calls doing and conversation details and mature leads details
• Confirmed sales that meet the weekly target we set together
