SaaS Platform Brand Identity Creation

We are looking for an experienced brand identity designer to create a complete visual identity for a B2B SaaS platform operating within the life-sciences and laboratory operations sector.

The brand should feel modern, minimal, sophisticated, distinctive, and technology-forward. It should resemble a contemporary SaaS company rather than a traditional pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand. The life-science influence should remain subtle.

A major priority is developing a unique standalone brand mark that can become recognizable independently from the full wordmark and work effectively as an app icon and favicon.

Required deliverables:

• Primary logo and wordmark
• Distinctive standalone brand mark
• App icon and favicon
• Horizontal and stacked logo variations
• Logo version with a secondary service descriptor
• Full-color, black, white, and monochrome versions
• Complete brand color palette
• Typography system
• Supporting visual elements or graphic patterns
• Digital brand applications demonstrating how the identity can translate across a website, software platform, and social media
• Professional brand mockups
• Basic brand identity guidelines
• Final editable vector and source files in AI or EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats

Creative direction:

The identity should communicate organization, systems, operational clarity, innovation, reliability, and scalable technology. A deep or cobalt blue may be explored as a primary color, supported by orange and potentially purple transitions. However, the designer is encouraged to recommend the strongest palette based on research and creative exploration.

The main brand name must work independently. An additional logo lockup should include a secondary service descriptor underneath or alongside the main logo when further context is required.

Please note that website and application UI/UX design are not included. Only visual identity applications and mockups demonstrating potential digital usage are required.

The designer must provide original work and should be able to develop a thoughtful concept and cohesive visual system rather than simply producing a logo. All final designs and source files must be original and transferred upon completion.
