I have a manufacturing assembly line that needs a solid Siemens S7-1500 program so the whole process runs reliably without constant operator tweaks. The PLC will take charge of every step on the line—from feeding parts, through each assembly station, to final transfer—maintaining sequence, interlocks, and safety signals while logging key production data for our MES.

You’ll be working in TIA Portal (latest V17 preferred, but I can migrate from V16 if needed). The deliverable I expect is a fully commented PLC project file, tested in the simulator first and then ready for onsite download. If you can include basic WinCC Unified screens for status and fault diagnostics, that’s a plus, but the core focus is the ladder/SCL logic that makes the line cycle smoothly.

To accept the work, I’ll load your project into our test rack: each station must complete a full cycle without watchdog or safety trips, all I/Os must map exactly to the provided hardware list, and alarms should be clear and timestamped. Remote commissioning support over VPN rounds out the job.
