I want to launch a focused hiring campaign aimed at people who speak good English and are actively searching for remote or work-from-home positions. To do that, I need someone who can set up and manage Facebook ads as well as craft engaging Reddit posts that point qualified job seekers toward our application page.

Here is what I’m expecting from you:
• Research and define audiences on Facebook that match English-proficient, remote-job seekers
• Create persuasive ad and post copy that clearly explains the role and application steps
• Choose the best subreddits for remote-work discussions and post with the right flair and timing
• Monitor comments, questions, and ad metrics, then adjust targeting or wording to improve response rates
• Provide brief performance updates so I can see how many quality applicants we’re attracting

You will have access to our landing page and any brand guidelines you need, but you’ll own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of both channels. If you’ve successfully filled remote roles through social campaigns before, I’d love to hear about it—especially any data or results you can share.
I want you to use your own accounts as I don't have my accounts on those platforms so if you can't use your accounts, then please don't bid
