I’m looking for an engineer who can take my blank-slate network and turn it into a fully functioning, professionally configured environment. The job is entirely about setup and installation—no security hardening or long-term maintenance work at this stage—so I need you to focus on getting the core infrastructure online, tested and documented.

Here’s what the project involves:
• Specifying and installing the routers and switches that will form the wired backbone
• Deploying and tuning multiple wireless access points for seamless coverage
• Creating a clean logical design (VLANs, IP scheme, basic QoS if helpful) and loading the required configurations
• Verifying end-to-end connectivity and handing over clear, human-readable documentation (topology diagram, config files, and quick rollback steps)

I already have cabling in place and an active internet uplink; you bring the expertise to select optimal hardware models (or work with the gear I have on hand), configure them, test, and walk me through the finished setup.

Deliverables will be accepted once every port and SSID comes up as planned, latency and throughput meet normal office benchmarks, and your documentation is complete enough for another engineer to reproduce the build.

If you have a proven track record rolling out mixed router/switch and Wi-Fi deployments, I’m ready to move quickly—just outline your approach and any relevant toolsets or platforms you prefer.
