Romantic Banff Pre-Wedding Photography

I’m planning a pre-wedding getaway to Banff and want the trip immortalised in a set of tender, romantic images that feel every bit as breathtaking as the mountains around us. My partner and I will be in the area for a full day and can be flexible with times to catch the best light.

The mood I’m after is soft, intimate and story-driven—think quiet moments, genuine laughter and sweeping landscapes rather than stiff poses. If you already know the perfect lookout at sunrise or a secluded forest path at golden hour, I’m all ears; iconic spots such as Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the Banff Springs area are on our radar, but we’re happy to be guided by local expertise on crowd levels, permits and lighting conditions.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Up to two shooting blocks (morning and late afternoon) so we can capture both the pastel dawn tones and the rich sunset glow.
• A curated gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited photographs delivered digitally, ready for both social sharing and large-format printing.
• Light retouching that preserves natural colours and skin tones—no heavy filters.
• Clear direction on wardrobe tips, props or simple poses that keep the focus on authentic connection.

Please share a link to your portfolio that highlights previous outdoor couple sessions or elopements, especially anything shot in the Rockies. Familiarity with Banff National Park regulations, park pass requirements and Leave No Trace principles is a big plus.
