I operate a single-colour production line built around four Ricoh G5 heads with an automatic correction and inspection loop plus a rewinder/unwinder. The printer is productive, but only when a true G5 expert is on call. I’m looking for someone who can combine quick, laser-focused remote sessions with periodic visits to our site in Tangerang, Indonesia.

Most of the current pain points centre on print quality drift, occasional head mis-fires and the odd software hiccup that throws the mechanical timing out of sync. The printheads themselves and the automatic correction system are therefore your main battlefield, although any experience you have with the wider transport or an ST-series configuration will be welcomed.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration working:

• Remote interventions of about 1–2 h at a time whenever a nozzle check, waveform tweak or colour deviation needs urgent attention (paid from ¥500 per session).
• Scheduled on-site tune-ups and troubleshooting days in Tangerang for deeper head maintenance, alignment or parts swaps (¥740–1,480 per day; flights and hotel covered).
• A short written summary after every touch-point outlining what was done, recommended next steps and any consumables we should pre-order.

If you already live in Indonesia, perfect; if not, you just need a valid passport and the willingness to travel. Send me a brief rundown of your G5/G6 track record, any ST-series jobs you have handled, your standard rates if they differ from the above, and your upcoming availability. Referrals are also appreciated—I'll reply to every serious message.
