Rhino 3D Architectural Modeling Needed

Hi! I’m looking for someone who can help me create a Rhino 3D model for an architecture assignment. I was assigned to model the Saint Thomas Ninth housing project by Office of Jonathan Tate (OJT) in New Orleans.

The final deliverable needs to be an editable Rhino (.3dm) file.

I already have a significant amount of reference material that I can send immediately. I have the AutoCAD floor plans for all 12 houses in the project, including the ground-floor layouts. For the first four houses, I also have the second- and third-floor plans, so there is more detailed information available for those buildings. I can also provide the reference images and other project information I have.

For the exterior, I need the overall architectural form of the houses modeled, including:

* Exterior walls
* Windows/window openings
* Exterior doors
* Main building volumes and overall shape

It does not need furniture, landscaping, materials, textures, decorations, or highly detailed finishes. I mainly need the architectural geometry to be correct and clean.

For the interior, I only need:

* Interior walls
* Stairs

I do not need furniture, cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures, or other interior details.

If adding the stairs makes the project significantly more expensive, please give me two prices: one including the stairs and one with only the interior walls. If necessary, I can leave the stairs out to keep the price lower.

Since I already have the floor plans drawn in AutoCAD, I can provide the DWG files for you to use as the base for the Rhino model rather than having to recreate the plans from scratch.

The final model needs to be organized and editable because I need to be able to open the file in Rhino and continue working with it afterward. I specifically need the .3dm Rhino file, not only renders or screenshots.

This is time-sensitive. I would need the completed model by tomorrow, September 17, no later than 7:00 PM EST.

* Your price with the stairs
* Your price without the stairs (walls only)
* Whether the AutoCAD DWG files and reference images are enough to begin
* If there are any additional dimensions, elevations, sections, or other information you would need from me
