My provisional patent is ready for a deep, human-led overhaul so it can be filed as a full non-provisional application with the USPTO. Everything—technical substance, legal phrasing, and the accompanying illustrations—must be scrutinised, tightened, and brought into strict compliance with current patent standards.

Scope of work
• Review the existing provisional filing line by line, confirming the novelty and enabling detail of every claim.
• Re-draft claims, specification, and abstract in clear, defensible legal language, eliminating any ambiguity.
• Produce or revise all required drawings in USPTO-acceptable style (black-line, reference-numbered, margin-correct) and supply them in both editable and PDF formats.
• Advise me on the most suitable structure and sequence for a non-provisional submission, then format the entire package accordingly.
• Compile the final document set—specification, claims, abstract, oath/declaration template, drawings index—ready for immediate electronic filing.

Acceptance criteria
1. Claims internally coherent, fully supported by the description, and conforming to current MPEP guidelines.
2. Drawings meet USPTO size, margin, and line-weight rules; every element cross-referenced in the text.
3. Final application passes the USPTO electronic filing system validation without errors or warnings.
4. All work demonstrably created without generative AI; source files and revision notes provided.

there is also extra research and data available to be included other than what is listed in the provisional

i also will have complete ownership of any drawings made.
