Reward Ad Platform Development

I’m building a platform where users can watch sponsored videos and earn money in return. The project has two fronts: a responsive web portal and a dedicated Android app that work seamlessly with the same back-end.

Core flow
• New visitors create an account or log in.
• Inside their dashboard they see a queue of ads, watch them, and once the required viewing time elapses the reward is credited.
• Earnings accumulate in a user wallet; when the balance reaches a threshold the user can cash out via an integrated payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, or another widely supported option—you can recommend the best fit).
• An admin panel lets me upload/manage ad inventory, set payout rates, monitor user activity, and handle withdrawal requests.
• Each user also sees real-time progress: total ads watched, current balance, and payout history.

Tech expectations
I’m flexible on stack choices, but the solution must be scalable and secure. JWT-based authentication, an SQL or NoSQL database, and a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, or similar) are welcome. For the Android side, Kotlin or Flutter is fine as long as performance is solid. Ad serving can tap into Google Ad Manager or a custom video hosting setup if that’s more efficient.

2. Fully responsive web app
3. Admin dashboard with role-based access
4. Integrated payment gateway and test accounts
5. Source code in a Git repository with setup instructions
6. Brief documentation covering architecture, database schema, and deployment

Acceptance criteria
The build will be considered complete once users can register, watch ads, see their rewards update instantly, and request a payout that flows through the live gateway without errors; the admin panel must show matching data in real time.
