Revolut-Shopify-Xero Integration & Reconciliation

The feeds between my Revolut Business account, Shopify store and Xero ledger are either missing or out of date, so deposits, withdrawals and transfers are no longer matching the statements. I need the three platforms linked correctly, a clean reconciliation of the backlog, and a simple workflow that keeps everything in sync from today onward.

Scope of work
• Connect Revolut, Shopify and Xero so that data flows automatically without manual CSV uploads.
• Bring all historical transactions into Xero, then reconcile every line against the bank statement until balances agree.
• Configure rules or automation in Xero (or the relevant app connector) so future deposits, withdrawals and transfers post to the right accounts with minimal intervention.
• Document the process you set up, so I can follow the same steps for any new accounts or stores.

Acceptance criteria
– Live bank feeds show today’s balance in Xero and match Revolut to the cent.
– All past Shopify payouts and fees appear in Xero and are reconciled.
– No unreconciled transactions remain in any of the three systems.
– I receive a brief written guide outlining the workflow and any recurring tasks required.

If you are comfortable working directly with Revolut Business, Shopify and Xero APIs or native connectors and have proven reconciliation experience, this should be straightforward. Access to the three platforms will be granted once we agree on the approach, and I’m available to answer questions promptly so the integration can be completed without delay.
