Registered US patent agent to file maintenance fee petition (37 CFR 1.378(b)):
I need a USPTO-registered patent agent or attorney to file a petition reviving an expired US patent (US 9,343,053). It expired for an unpaid 7.5-year maintenance fee.
The package is already prepared: a draft explanation of why the delay was unintentional, a timeline, exhibits, and a form SB/66 worksheet. You review it, edit if needed, sign and file.
The patent expired more than two years ago, so the petition includes the extra explanation of the delay that this requires.
Micro entity status: please review and file form SB/15A.
The owner lives outside the US, which is why a registered practitioner must sign.
The ownership transfer from the company to the individual owner is being signed now. Please record it in the USPTO Assignment Center (or tell me how to).
Fixed price only. Please quote your fee separately from the USPTO fees, which I'll pay.
Please include your USPTO registration number in your bid. Bids without one won't be considered.
I'd like it filed within 1–2 weeks of hiring.
