Revit Architectural Plan Creation

I have a building concept sketched out and now need it turned into a complete set of architectural plans produced directly in Autodesk Revit. The work starts with setting up a clean Revit file, modelling the envelope and interiors to BIM standards, then creating properly annotated floor plans, elevations, sections and schedules that I can submit or further develop later on.

There is no fixed deadline, so we can agree on reasonable milestones that allow for methodical progress and a round of revisions without rushing quality. I will provide hand sketches, reference photos and key dimensions; you will translate them into Revit, use correct families, levels and view templates, and maintain a tidy file structure I can continue editing.

Deliverables
• Editable Revit (.rvt) model
• PDF and DWG exports for every sheet
• Short walkthrough explaining the file setup

Solid Revit experience—especially with families, view templates and sheet layout—is essential. Familiarity with Twinmotion for future visualisation is a plus, though not required for this stage. Please outline your approach and a rough hour estimate so we can map out the milestones together.
