I need a complete Revit file for a small-scale academic submission: a 60 m², single-storey apartment laid out in a clean, minimalist style. The brief is straightforward—one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living area—yet everything must be ready for presentation by tomorrow at 5 PM.
Layout & style
• Minimalist aesthetic: simple geometry, uncluttered circulation, neutral finishes.
• Total floor area should land close to 60 m²; I’m flexible on the exact room proportions if the overall flow feels balanced.
• Include basic furniture blocks so the spaces read clearly on the printed plan.
What I expect to receive
1. Native Revit (.rvt) model compatible with current or recent versions.
2. Dimensioned floor plan exported to PDF ready for plotting.
3. Quick 3D or axonometric view (JPEG/PNG) that illustrates the spatial arrangement.
Acceptance criteria
• 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom / 1 Kitchen / 1 Living Area all fit within ±5 % of the 60 m² target.
• Doors, windows, sanitary fixtures and kitchen units placed logically; no code violations.
• Furniture symbols present but kept light to preserve the minimalist feel.
• Sheets are print-ready and named clearly.
• All work delivered no later than tomorrow, 5 PM (my local time).
If you are fluent in Revit and comfortable working to a tight deadline, this should be a quick win. I’ll be available throughout the day for instant feedback and can release payment as soon as the files pass a quick review.
i have my assignemnt breif too.
You should design and model a single level sleep-out in Autodesk Revit approximately 60m2. It should include at least one bed, one bathroom, kitchen/kitchenette and living space. Include other spaces as you wish.
Marking breakdown
Design detailing, originality, sustainability, appropriateness (50% of score)
Autodesk Revit software skills including correct use of components, materials, annotations, and advance modelling techniques (50% of score). For example: Use of external and internal walls, walls linked to levels, appropriate levels set, wall and floor materials, custom material creation, more than one floor material, rooms and room schedule, Autodesk families, custom curtain wall design, floor, deck and roof, sloped site with driveway and parking space, custom component model-in-place, correctly scaled building, use of furniture to show scale, a sun study, project location set correctly, true north set at an angle, section and callout views with annotations, floor plan view with dimensions, interior and exterior 3D perspective views...
Submission
1. Sumbit your revit project file (.rvt)
2. Submit a report made up of screenshots of your model (.pdf or .docx). Choose up to 16 images of your model to attach in your report, to communicate your building designs. The report can include short image descriptions for clarification. The report should not focus on written word, rather, communicate your design and revit skills through your 16 screenshots. This may include floor plans, 3D renders, sections, site plans, elevations, or section details. Each image must have a figure number and title. These images must be generated from your 3D Revit model. Cropped screen shots are permitted and encouraged.
As this assessment tests your modelling skills, the use of AI is strictly prohibited. Any images generated or enhanced with AI will be ignored and I will refer to your Revit model for your true model.
Please model the site around your building.
We recommend sketching, drafting and designing your building over the mid-semester break, so you can start modelling immediately when we get into the labs.
Suggested procedure
Step 1: Design your sleepout. Use sketches at this stage to explore different designs. Find inspiration online. Explore different options for your floor plan, materials, roof shape, placement of doors, windows and furniture. Decide on the dimensions of your space - this will help a lot when we model the buildings.
Step 2: Model your building! Attend all Revit labs and make progress each week based on the topics taught in class.
Step 3: Continue making small improvements to your design each week.
Step 4: Decide which images will best communicate your design. Generate your outputs and insert them in your final report.
Important: Please submit two files to canvas: your revit file, and your PDF/Word report which includes your 16 screenshots of your model.
