Reusable Client Onboarding Automations

I run a small automation agency and want a bank of semi-custom workflows that I can spin up the moment a new client signs. Each automation must be:

• Easy for me to duplicate and adapt per client without touching code
• Hosted on a free or self-hostable platform (I’m keen to avoid ongoing Zapier fees, so please suggest options such as n8n, Pipedream OSS, Make’s free tier, or anything comparable)
• Built with clear, inline documentation so another team-member can understand the logic at a glance
• Capable of running continuously once deployed, handling standard onboarding steps like welcome sequences, data capture, and internal notifications

What I need from you
1. A short discovery call to confirm the typical triggers and actions my clients request and pick the best free stack.
2. Build semi-custom templates for the agreed stack.
3. Provide a walkthrough video and a written hand-over guide showing how I duplicate, edit variables, and redeploy the flows.
4. Two weeks of post-handover support to iron out edge-cases.

Acceptance criteria
• Workflows importable in one step (e.g., JSON for n8n)
• All variables clearly labelled for quick tweaking
• No paid third-party apps used unless I approve them in writing
• Demonstration of a successful end-to-end run on a dummy client
