Retype Handwritten Notes to Text

I have several pages of handwritten notes that need to be retyped exactly as written into a plain-text format. Accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and line breaks is crucial, as these notes will be fed directly into another system that relies on precise text.

Here is what I need:

• A single, clean .txt file that mirrors the original handwriting word-for-word.

When you reply, include a concise but detailed project proposal outlining your approach to maintaining accuracy, your turnaround time, and any quality-control steps you follow. That proposal will be the main factor in my selection.
