Retype Book Manuscript to Word

I have a 50-page book manuscript that currently exists only as a PDF. I need every word re-typed into an editable Microsoft Word document while preserving the original paragraph breaks, headings, and basic layout.

Throughout the file, please apply one clean, legible font at a consistent size so the text looks uniform from cover page to conclusion. No other advanced formatting is required at this stage; accuracy and neat, consistent styling are my top priorities. I will run a final proof, so feel free to flag any obvious spelling or punctuation issues you notice as you work.
