Retro 60th Birthday Cartoon

For my sister’s milestone 60th, I’m commissioning a single, high-resolution cartoon scene that captures her, her daughter, the nieces and nephews, and their lovable Labrador all piling into a classic VW Beetle. The piece needs to feel unmistakably 1960s—think flower-power colors, balloons, groovy patterns, vintage outfits and a decorative, era-themed backdrop—while staying light-hearted and whimsical throughout.

Likeness is the priority, so I’ll supply a set of clear reference photos for every family member and the dog. From there, the fun is yours: exaggerate just enough to keep it playful, but hold on to recognizable faces and personalities. I’m picturing a warm, nostalgic atmosphere that will work equally well as a large poster, an invitation, or a keepsake print.
