Retail Business Representative – Columbia

I run a growing retail operation in Columbia, SC and need a dependable local representative who can step in where I can’t be there in person. Your core responsibilities will revolve around three areas:

• Client meetings – Attend scheduled face-to-face sessions with current and prospective partners, relay their needs to me the same day, and follow up when action items are completed.
• Promotional events – Be onsite for in-store demos, pop-ups, and community fairs, making sure our branding is visible and every visitor leaves with a positive impression.
• Regular reporting – Send a concise weekly summary that captures meeting notes, event outcomes, photos when relevant, and any issues that require my attention.

Because we are firmly in the retail space, polished customer-service skills are essential. If you also bring strengths in sales or basic inventory know-how, that’s a welcome bonus but not a must.
