Restore MLB & NFL Data Refreshes and Assess Existing Setup

I am seeking an experienced developer to inspect and preserve an existing Python-based sports data pipeline hosted on a Windows VPS. The system includes scheduled tasks for MLB and NFL game slates and odds, which are currently non-functional.

Your task will be to:
1. Inspect the existing codebase, scheduled tasks, files, and logs without making changes.
2. Provide a written report detailing:
- What is currently installed and operational.
- What has stopped functioning and why.
- Who currently has access to the VPS, scheduled tasks, Google Sheets, and data provider credentials. Identify any access or settings that could allow the previous developer to stop or change the refresh again.
- A fixed-price quote for repairs needed to restore functionality, ensuring the total cost (assessment + repair) does not exceed $275 USD.

Upon approval of your repair quote, you will proceed with:
3. Restoring the MLB and NFL game slates and odds refreshes so they run unattended via scheduled tasks on the VPS. The refreshed data must populate the correct Google Sheets workbooks with current game slates and accurate odds.
4. Delivering all updated code, setup instructions, run logs, workbook results, and documentation necessary for me to verify delivery independently.
5. Including a plan to move the working setup under accounts I control (e.g., VPS, Google Sheets, data provider credentials) while removing the previous developer’s access without breaking the refresh.
