Restaurant Social Media Boost

I run a busy local restaurant and I’m looking for fresh, creative social media support that turns online attention into diners through the door. The priority is clear: more local customers.
To make that happen I need a freelancer who can manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and who is comfortable weaving in strategic collaborations with relevant influencers in our area. 3 times a week that means planning and publishing thumb-stopping photos and short-form videos, replying to comments and DMs in a friendly voice that matches our brand, and setting up geo-targeted ad campaigns or boosted posts when it makes sense.
Because this is food, presentation is everything. You’ll be expected to:
• Build a two-week rolling content calendar with dish highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, specials and customer stories.
• Produce or guide the creation of high-quality images and 15-60 second videos optimised for each platform.
• Track performance in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics, then adjust captions, hashtags and ad spend to keep reach and foot traffic climbing.
• Coordinate at least one micro-influencer visit per month and handle the posting schedule so we maximise exposure on their channels as well as ours.
Success looks like measurable growth in local followers, higher engagement rates, and most importantly a noticeable uptick in bookings and walk-ins attributed to our social content.
If you have a track record of turning social buzz into full tables, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first month and see some examples of restaurant or hospitality campaigns you have run.
