Restaurant and Wine Venue Lead Data

Subject: Request for sample and quote—restaurant, winery and wine-bar prospect data

Hello,

The Table & Wine Society is seeking accurate business and decision-maker data to support our Partner recruitment. We would like to assess a small sample before considering a larger purchase.
Initial markets - while if this goes well - will be buy 44 markets - about 300 leads in each market -

Please quote these areas separately:

Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Arizona
Sedona and Verde Valley, Arizona, including Cottonwood

Please identify each business’s actual city and street address. Do not include surrounding cities without listing them separately for our approval.
Business criteria

Restaurants

Primarily upscale, full-service restaurants in the $$$ and $$$$ price categories.
Preference for distinctive dining, strong hospitality and a meaningful wine program.
Exclude fast food, cafeterias, food courts and permanently closed businesses.
Identify chains, restaurant groups and hotel/resort restaurants separately.

Wineries and wine bars

Operating wineries, tasting rooms and dedicated wine bars.
Identify the venue type and whether it offers a visitor-facing tasting or hospitality experience.
Keep these categories separate from restaurants.

If qualitative criteria such as wine-program strength cannot be reliably verified, please mark them unknown rather than infer them.
Requested fields

Please identify which fields you can provide and their expected coverage:

Business name and location-specific identifier.
Venue type, cuisine and price category, including the source of the price classification.
Full address, city, state and ZIP code.
Official location-specific website and business phone.
Operating status and date last checked.
Owner or restaurant group, where verified.
Decision-maker name and title—preferably owner, general manager or marketing contact.
Business email, clearly classified as named-person email, general inbox or inferred/unverified address.
Contact verification method and date.
Published evidence of wine programs or recognition, where available, with source URLs.

Please distinguish verified current ownership from founder history, and location-specific contacts from corporate contacts.
Sample requested

Please provide a 20–30-record sample across both market groups, stating any sample fee in advance. Include representative records—not only your most complete entries—and show missing or uncertain fields.

We already maintain a restaurant collection. Please explain whether you can match against our existing Collection IDs, identify overlap and return additional information without creating duplicate businesses. We would agree on any data-sharing terms before providing our records.
Quote and terms

Please provide:

Record counts and prices by market and business category.
One-time purchase versus subscription pricing, minimum purchase and all additional fees.
Expected completeness for each requested field.
Data sources, collection methods and update frequency.
Duplicate-handling procedures and replacement/refund terms for invalid contacts, closed businesses or incorrect locations.
Rights to retain, export and use purchased data in our internal CRM after a subscription ends.
Any outreach restrictions, relevant consent information and suppression/opt-out handling.
Separate pricing for later expansion to additional U.S. markets.

We are requesting a sample and quote only. This is not authorization to purchase data, begin paid research, contact businesses on our behalf or enroll us in a subscription.

The Society will conduct its own suitability review, scoring and Partner approval. Inclusion in your list must not imply Society endorsement or an existing partnership.
