Responsive WordPress Build for TrueGradeOne

I already have detailed desktop and mobile mock-ups for every page of the new TrueGrade1 website, along with our logo suite, icon set, photos, and sample copy. What I need now is an experienced WordPress professional who can translate those visuals into a fast, fully responsive site that looks exactly like the designs.

Core requirements
• Admin area should let me edit content blocks, approve or update grading statuses, and trigger the customer notifications.
• Clean, modern front end built with a lightweight theme or custom theme framework; Gutenberg blocks or Elementor are fine as long as the final result matches the mock-ups pixel for pixel.
• Mobile and Desktop responsiveness, accessibility best practices, and solid performance scores.

I will hand over: layered design files, brand guidelines, all graphics, and a site map. You will deliver: the live WordPress site on my staging server, documented theme or child-theme files.

Once the build is complete and approved on staging, we’ll migrate to the production domain and I’ll release the final milestone.
