I’m looking for help handling the customer-oriented comments that come in on our Twitter feed. Your job is simple yet important: read each inquiry, craft a clear and friendly reply that reflects our brand voice, and deliver it quickly so the conversation stays active and helpful.

You can either draft the replies for my approval in a shared document or, once we’re comfortable, post them directly through the account.
