Resolve WooCommerce Database Bloat, MariaDB High CPU & Configure WP All Import on RunCloud

Project Overview:
* **Website:** `vincento.lv` (WooCommerce / WordPress)
* **Server Environment:** RunCloud (Ubuntu 24.04, Nginx, PHP 8.4, MariaDB)
* **Current Issue:** The server is experiencing critical CPU overload due to heavy MySQL queries (`mariadbd` CPU usage spiking to 100%+, Load Average reaching 5.0+). The database table `wp_options` has accumulated over 10,000 expired/stuck transients from product imports and XML feeds. After a database cleanup attempt via WP-Optimize, the site became unreachable (requires table repair/unlocking and service restarts).
---
### Scope of Work:
#### 1. Server & Database Stabilization (Urgent)
1. **Database Repair & Cleanup:** Unlock and repair the `wp_options` table (e.g., using `REPAIR TABLE` if corrupted), and clear all stuck/expired transient data (`_transient_%`, `_site_transient_%`).
2. **Service Restarts & Verification:** Restart MariaDB, PHP-FPM, and Nginx services within the RunCloud panel. Ensure `vincento.lv` is fully accessible without 502/504 Bad Gateway or "Error Establishing a Database Connection" errors.
#### 2. Server & Cron Optimization
1. **Disable WP-Cron & Setup System Cron:**
* Disable default WordPress Cron in `wp-config.php` (`define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);`).
* Configure a server-level Cron Job in RunCloud to execute `wp-cron.php` every 10–15 minutes.
2. **Automated Database Maintenance:** Configure scheduled, non-blocking transient cleanup (via WP-Optimize or a custom server cron script).
#### 3. WP All Import & Feed Optimization
1. **Record Matching Setup:** Correctly configure WP All Import settings to update existing product titles and metadata based on SKU (`_sku` custom field, including variable product SKUs) without skipping records or creating duplicates.
2. **Import Batching:** Adjust the WP All Import iteration chunk size (Iteration process) to prevent MySQL/MariaDB query spikes during scheduled catalog syncs.
3. **XML Feed Verification:** Ensure the aggregator feed at `[https://vincento.lv/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/custom/xml/salidzininew.xml](https://vincento.lv/wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/custom/xml/salidzininew.xml)` returns valid HTTPS responses without connection timeouts.
---
### Requirements:
* Proven experience with WordPress / WooCommerce optimization.
* Strong background in Linux sysadmin & **RunCloud** panel administration.
* Deep knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL optimization (`wp_options` bloat, indexing, Slow Query analysis).
* Hands-on experience with **WP All Import** matching rules and variable product handling.
---
### Deliverables:
1. `vincento.lv` is fully online, loading fast, with server Load Average remaining consistently below 1.0.
2. Database `wp_options` table is completely cleaned and optimized.
3. WP All Import updates existing products by SKU smoothly without overloading the server.
