Email Deliverability Expert Needed – Fix Emails Going to Spam

We are a business magazine and media company that regularly conducts cold email outreach to business leaders, CEOs, founders, and companies.

Currently, many of our cold outreach emails are landing in Spam/Junk folders instead of the Inbox. We are looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Expert who can identify the root cause and help us fix the issue.

What We Need:
Audit our current email/domain setup
Check and properly configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Check domain and sender reputation
Identify reasons for emails landing in Spam
Review our current cold outreach setup and email-sending practices
Improve Gmail, Outlook and other major mailbox provider deliverability
Recommend the right sending/warm-up strategy
Check DNS, authentication, alignment and other technical issues
Test inbox placement and provide a deliverability report
Recommend improvements to our email content and sending process
Help us establish a sustainable cold outreach system for long-term use

We are not looking for someone who simply sends bulk emails. We need someone with strong technical knowledge of email deliverability, DNS, authentication, sender reputation, spam filtering and cold outreach.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailreach, GlockApps, Mail-Tester, Google Postmaster Tools, or similar platforms would be an advantage.

Complete email deliverability audit
SPF/DKIM/DMARC verification and correction
Domain/sender reputation analysis
Spam-placement diagnosis
Recommended warm-up and sending strategy
Inbox-placement testing
Clear report explaining the issues and solutions
Guidance for maintaining good deliverability going forward

We are looking for someone who can fix the underlying problem rather than provide a temporary solution.

Please include your previous email deliverability experience, tools you have worked with, examples/results from similar projects, estimated turnaround time, and your price in your proposal.
