**Project title: Meta Events Manager Category Restriction Specialist Needed**
I am looking for an experienced Meta specialist to review and resolve a website-level healthcare category restriction affecting my Australian Shopify business, Noura Care.
Website: https://nouracare.au
We sell gifting and self-care products, including Kansa massage wands and ritual gift sets. Meta has classified our website/data source under a healthcare category, restricting advertising event data and affecting campaign optimisation.
Previous appeals have been unsuccessful, despite changes to website wording and product categories. **Our next opportunity to request a review is 9 October 2026.** I need someone who can investigate the issue, make appropriate corrections and prepare a well-supported review submission.
**Scope of work**
- Review the exact restriction in Meta Events Manager and previous appeal outcomes.
- Audit the website, product descriptions, Shopify–Meta integration, catalogue and event setup for potential classification triggers.
- Explain the likely causes and provide a clear correction plan.
- Implement agreed technical fixes and recommend any website content changes.
- Prepare and assist with submitting the review on 9 October.
- Handle follow-up requests from Meta until a decision is received.
- Provide evidence of the outcome and a summary of all changes made.
Website changes must be agreed with me before implementation. I am seeking a legitimate resolution, without creating replacement accounts, domains or datasets to bypass the restriction.
**Required experience**
Please apply only if you have direct experience with Meta website/data source category restrictions, particularly healthcare or wellness classifications. General ad campaign management experience alone is insufficient.
Include in your proposal:
1. Relevant examples of similar restrictions you have resolved, with anonymised evidence where possible.
2. Your proposed approach and what access you require.
3. Your fixed project fee and timeline.
4. Confirmation that you can prepare the review before 9 October.
5. Confirmation that you accept the payment terms below.
**Payment terms**
- 50% of the agreed fee paid before work begins.
- The remaining 50% paid only after Meta approves the category review and confirms that the targeted website/data source restriction has been lifted.
- Submission of an appeal, completion of website changes or approval of an individual ad does not qualify for the final payment.
- If Meta rejects the review or the restriction remains, the final 50% will not be payable.
Before starting, we will document the exact restriction and agree on the evidence required to confirm successful resolution.
Please do not promise guaranteed approval. I am looking for a specialist with relevant experience, a clear process and transparent communication.
