Just to clarify, account isnt suspended, we can run search ads just fine, dont have any warnings, issue is google merchant account, not approving any item we add to the merchant account.
This project is to get the merchant account be able to promote our peptides.
My peptide-focused e-commerce store has been hit with “Healthcare and medicine” disapprovals inside Google Merchant Center. Every peptide SKU is currently blocked, so ads and free listings are off-line. I already have a complete product feed in place; what I need is a specialist who can zero in on the policy conflict, correct the data and site signals that triggered it, and walk the account all the way back to “Approved” status.
Here is the current state:
• Google flags each item as a healthcare product that allegedly violates policy, even though they are research-grade peptides sold without medical claims.
• Feed was built through Shopify’s Google channel; titles, descriptions, GTINs, and landing pages can be edited as required.
• No suspension yet—just disapproved products—so I still have access to Diagnostics, Feed Rules, and the appeal interface.
Your task is to:
1. Audit the feed, landing pages, and schema to locate wording, attribute choices, or missing disclaimers that violate Google’s healthcare & medicines policy.
2. Implement fixes (or outline exact edits for me) inside Merchant Center, Shopify, and the feed rules so every peptide listing meets policy.
3. File and manage the product re-review, then confirm the “Eligible” status inside Diagnostics.
4. Once approved, offer a brief checklist so I can keep future listings compliant.
Acceptance criteria: the peptide catalog appears as “Approved” in Merchant Center with no active disapprovals, and products resume serving in Shopping ads.
Tools you’ll likely lean on include Google Merchant Center Diagnostics, Feed Rules, structured-data testing, and Shopify’s product editor, but I’m open to any workflow that gets the job done quickly and cleanly.
If you’ve already rescued healthcare or supplement accounts from disapproval, I’d like to put that experience to work here.
