Resolve Error involving CAD Export to RCDC

Whenever I try to move my structural model from the CAD/analysis program into Bentley RCDC I hit a wall—the import stops with the message “unable to read analysis data.” it seems related to reading analysis database using Microsoft access database engine.

I need an expert who understands both the source CAD/analysis package (STAAD.Pro, based platforms or similar) and Bentley RCDC to trace the problem, and solve compatibility problems.
File analysis done on STAAD PRO 2025, RCDC 2023. Have other files done in same versions capable of opening. No errors in the STAAD PRO .ANL analysis file.
Acceptance criteria
• The original geometry, loads and combinations remain intact.
• A short note (or screen recording) shows the steps so I can repeat the fix on future projects.
It is an urgent job likely quick fix for those who done it before.
