My brand “APEX REST” sits in the Orthopedic Cushion / Bedding category on Amazon India and I am stuck at Error 5665 (Brand Name Approval) as well as the GTIN exemption step. Amazon Seller Support has already declined the product photos I submitted and the case remains open.
