Residential Space Planning and 3D Visualization

I am looking for an experienced architect, interior designer, or residential space planner to help me improve and finalize the layout of my house.
I already have an existing floor plan prepared by a consultant. I do not want to completely redesign the house from scratch. Instead, I want someone who can work with the existing plan, understand my requirements, and make practical adjustments based on how I want the house to function.
The freelancer should be able to:
* Review my current floor plan in detail.
* Discuss my requirements and understand how I intend to use each space.
* Suggest improvements to the layout, circulation, room sizes, storage, privacy, furniture placement, and overall practicality.
* Make revisions to the floor plan based on my feedback.
* Point out potential design issues and suggest better alternatives rather than simply following instructions without giving professional input.
* Maintain the overall concept and structure of the existing house unless there is a good reason to recommend a change.
* Produce a clean and professional final 2D architectural floor plan.
* Provide furniture layouts where appropriate so I can understand how the rooms will actually function.
* Produce realistic 3D renders/visualizations showing how the completed house could look.
* Ideally provide 3D views for important spaces such as the living areas, Majlis, dining areas, bedrooms, kitchen, family lounge, and exterior if required.
I expect there to be several rounds of discussion and revisions, so I am looking for someone who is patient, communicative, and comfortable developing the design together rather than simply completing one revision and finishing the project.
Experience with villa/residential design is very important. Experience designing homes in the UAE or Gulf region would be a strong advantage, particularly understanding requirements such as Majlis areas, guest privacy, family areas, service areas, maid rooms, kitchens, laundries, storage, and similar spaces.
