I need a complete fill plan to prepare a residential slab of roughly 1,000–3,000 sq ft. The drawing has to show existing ground lines, proposed finished grade, and clear cross-sections so my concreter, inspector, and earth-moving crew can all work from the same sheet. A current geotechnical report is available; please pull soil parameters directly from it rather than making assumptions.

What I expect from you:

• One plan-view drawing with spot elevations and benchmarks.
• At least four cross-sections that clearly indicate cut / fill depths.
• A table (or on-sheet call-outs) of total fill volumes, broken down per material layer if compaction changes.
• Output in DWG (AutoCAD or Civil 3D) plus a PDF set ready for printing.

The file has to be accurate enough for the local council submission; I’ll double-check volumes against their tolerance of ±5 %. Please include any basic notes on compaction standards you reference (ASTM, local code, etc. including AS3798 and AS1289.5.1.1) so the inspector sees them up front.

If you have recent examples of similar small-scale residential slabs, that will help me award the job quickly.
