Residential Plumbing Plan Review - Master Plumbers ONLY!!!

I have a complete set of drawings for a new residential build and I’d like a licensed Master Plumber to give them a critical once-over. The plan covers the whole house—supply, waste, venting, stacks, fixture locations, and pipe sizing—and was drafted by the designer, not by a plumber. Before I submit it to the city and lock in purchasing decisions, I want expert eyes on the layout to spot inefficiencies, future maintenance headaches, or anything that might violate code in my area.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A marked-up copy of the existing plumbing plan highlighting any issues you find.
• A concise report that explains each recommended improvement, the benefit (cost savings, code compliance, better performance, etc.), and, where relevant, the specific IPC/UPC section it relates to.

PDF is fine for the red-lines; a short Word or Google Docs summary works for the report. If you have suggestions that involve alternative materials or fixture placements, please include estimated cost impact so I can weigh options.

I can provide the drawings in DWG and PDF, plus local code excerpts on request. Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a bit longer—accuracy is more important than speed.
