Residential Planning Approval & DWG Preparation

I am at the pre-application stage for a residential build and need a clear, planning-focused site analysis that can flow straight into formal submissions. The work must include accurate DWG files ready for the council’s online portal, mapping constraints such as boundaries, access, services, neighbouring structures and any relevant topographical data.

Please rely on recognised UK planning guidance, using AutoCAD (or compatible software) so the files can integrate smoothly with consultants who may later handle the conceptual and detailed design phases.
