Residential Material Takeoff From PDFs

I have a complete set of residential construction drawings in PDF format and I need a detailed material take-off built directly from those plans. The scope includes every exterior component—framing, sheathing, weather barrier and the metal cladding I’ve specified—as well as all interior wall assemblies throughout the house. Floors, roof and foundations are already covered elsewhere, so you can stay focused on what is shown on the elevations and wall sections.

Please extract accurate quantities straight from the PDFs, reference the sheet and call-out where each item appears, and present everything in a clear spreadsheet. Break totals down by area or floor so it’s easy for me to hand off to suppliers.

Deliverables
• Excel or Google Sheet listing item description, size/spec, quantity, and sheet reference
• A short summary page noting any plan ambiguities or assumptions you had to make
