A newly renovated residence needs to be captured in a way that celebrates its design choices and materials. The shoot will cover three key zones—living room, kitchen, and bedrooms—and every image should feel editorial rather than strictly real-estate. Wide angles that show spatial flow, plus close-ups of textures, fittings, and styling details are all required so the final set can be used in an interior design showcase, both online and in print.

Lighting must look natural and inviting; a small amount of supplemental strobe is fine as long as it is balanced and free of harsh shadows. I’ll need fully edited, color-corrected high-resolution JPEGs (print ready at 300 dpi) along with web-optimised versions. RAW files can be supplied as a secondary delivery if they are available.

Please include:
• Your proposed shoot date and estimated on-site time.
• A brief note on the equipment you plan to use (full-frame DSLR or mirrorless, tilt-shift lenses, tripod, off-camera flash, etc.).
• A link to at least one past residential interior project so I can see your style.

Acceptance criteria: each of the three spaces is represented by a minimum of 8 hero shots plus supporting detail images, straight verticals, accurate colour, and no blown highlights or heavy HDR halos.

The property is ready; once we agree on timing, access can be arranged immediately.
