Residential HSE Risk Assessment

I’m preparing to break ground on a new residential build and need a competent HSE specialist to create task-specific risk assessments for the activities my crew will carry out on site. The focus is risk identification, rating, and control measures that line up with current construction legislation and ISO 45001 good practice.

You’ll start with a brief video or phone call so I can walk you through the site layout, construction sequence, and any unique constraints. From there, translate that information into clear, practical RAMS documents that my supervisors can easily brief to the team and submit to inspectors.

Deliverables
• One task-specific risk assessment for every major activity (excavation, concrete works, working at height, power tools, manual handling, etc.)
• Each document must include a risk matrix, identified hazards, likelihood/severity scoring, proposed controls following the hierarchy of controls, required PPE, and residual risk rating
• Editable Word files and final PDFs, ready within five days of contract start
• One revision round based on my feedback

I’ll consider the job complete once the assessments accurately reflect our residential site conditions, comply with national HSE standards, and are practical enough for day-to-day toolbox talks.
