Residential & Commercial Planning Support

I have reached the detailed-planning stage on several mixed portfolios—some private homes, some small-scale commercial spaces—and I now need an extra set of expert hands to push the architectural planning across the finish line.

You’ll be working on both residential and commercial layouts, refining room and core space configurations, circulation, façade articulation, and how each project engages natural light, materials, landscaping and, most importantly, the users who will occupy the spaces.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Precise architectural plans ready for coordination with structural, MEP and interior teams.
• Native files in AutoCAD (preferred) plus well-organized PDFs ready for client presentation.
• Layer discipline, proper line-weights, clear dimensioning and up-to-date legends & schedules.

If you are comfortable moving between AutoCAD and SketchUp for quick massing checks, or enhancing your drawings with Lumion, Enscape or D5 Render for fast client visuals, that will be an advantage, although photo-real rendering is not the main scope right now.

I will make myself available for daily check-ins, share reference concept packages, and review each drawing set in real time so we can iterate quickly.
