I am putting together a full drawing and cost package for a residential build and need an experienced CAD professional to handle both the plans and the numbers.
What I need from you:
• 2D and 3D CAD files for the floor plans, elevations, and sections, complete with every relevant dimension, material call-out, and specification. You may work in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or a comparable platform so long as the final files open cleanly and layers are well organised.
• A detailed material take-off / BOQ that ties back to the drawings.
• An item-wise cost estimate covering materials, labour, equipment, and any other applicable charges, presented in a clear, reviewer-friendly spreadsheet.
• A short list of assumptions and exclusions so there is no ambiguity.
I will supply site information, design briefs, and any existing sketches once we start. The job is complete when I can cross-check quantities against the drawings and see costs broken down per item.
