Residential BIM Drafting & Visualization

I have a single-family residential project that has just moved into the schematic design stage, and I need the schematic intent translated into a clean, information-rich BIM model. Your focus will be on two fronts: precise design and drafting as well as compelling 3D modeling and visualization so I can present clear plans to the client and keep consultants aligned.

I will supply hand sketches, room data sheets and a preliminary CAD underlay. You will create a Revit-based model that captures walls, floors, roofs, openings and key families, lay out coherent sheets for the schematic set, and generate a handful of realistic perspectives for stakeholder approval. If you prefer another BIM platform, note that in your proposal; the output must be fully interoperable with Revit 2023 or later.

Deliverables
• Revit (.rvt) model reflecting current schematic scope
• PDF sheet set with floor plans, two sections and one elevation, all dimensioned
• 3–4 high-resolution rendered views in JPG or PNG

Acceptance criteria
• Model passes a basic clash check (Navisworks/Federated) with no category errors
• All schematic sheets conform to A3 title block provided
• Renders accurately match specified materials and daylighting notes

Turnaround is ten calendar days from kickoff, with one interim milestone so I can review progress and request tweaks. If structural analysis capabilities interest you, mention it for later phases, but for now the priority is rock-solid drafting and persuasive visuals.
