Residential 3D Isometric Renderings Needed

Architectural 3D Renderings from Existing AutoCAD Plans – Residential Remodel

I'm looking for an experienced architectural 3D artist to create basic, colorized renderings of a proposed renovation and addition to a 1930 Spanish Colonial home in California.

For an idea, I attached a 6-page architectural PDF, with existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, sections. I have original AutoCAD DWG files available once I pick the person. If needed, I can also provide more photographs showing the home's interior appearance, colors, and materials.

Requested renderings:
1. A few exterior isometric perspective views showing the proposed completed renovation.
2. Roof-off isometric view showing the proposed upper-floor layout.
3. Optional lower-floor cutaway view, quoted separately.

The renderings should accurately reflect the proposed architectural plans, including the relationship between existing construction and proposed additions on the slightly sloped property. Photorealism, animation, and elaborate landscaping are unnecessary ... and costly. Basic colors, finishes, and furnishings are sufficient. If necessary due to cost, black/white will suffice.
