I am putting together a hands-on programme that introduces the general public to the fundamentals of both rescue operations and victim retrieval, with an emphasis on clear, easy-to-follow safety protocols. I need an experienced trainer who can turn professional techniques into practical sessions that everyday people can absorb quickly.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• A concise curriculum that blends classroom discussion, demonstrations, and scenario-based drills.
• Engaging training aids—PowerPoint decks, quick-reference hand-outs, and short video clips—that reinforce safe approach, scene assessment, and post-incident debriefing.
• A step-by-step exercise guide covering safe entry, basic rigging/hauling options, and hand-off to emergency services.
• Simple assessment tools (quizzes, skill checklists) so participants and I can track progress.
Acceptance criteria
1. Curriculum outline approved by me before full content creation.
2. Final materials delivered in editable formats (PPT, Word/PDF, and any video source files).
3. A brief facilitator’s guide explaining timing, required props, and risk-management notes for each activity.
If you’ve translated advanced rescue concepts for lay audiences before and can meet these deliverables, I’d love to review your approach and timeline.
