Resale Customer Data Tracker

I need purpose-built software for my Kamath8 resale operation that focuses solely on recording and retrieving each buyer’s purchase history. Inventory control and payment processing can stay outside the scope—for now, I just want a clean, reliable way to capture what every customer bought, when they bought it, and any notes I add.

All data will be entered by hand, so the interface must make manual entry painless: quick customer look-ups, auto-suggest on existing names, keyboard-friendly forms, and instant validation to avoid typos. Once the information is stored, I should be able to pull up an individual’s full purchase timeline, filter by date ranges or product keywords, and export reports to CSV or PDF for marketing analysis.

Core deliverables:
• A working web or desktop app with a simple login, customer table, purchase-entry screen, and search/report views
• Underlying database schema (SQL or NoSQL) delivered with brief setup instructions
• A concise user guide that shows how to add, edit, search, and export records

Tech stack is flexible—feel free to suggest frameworks you’re comfortable with (Python/Django, Node/Express, Electron, etc.). What matters is a smooth UI, tidy code, and clear documentation so I can extend the system later.
