My Facebook Ads account is live but the reporting is a mess—conversions show up inconsistently and the event diagnostics in Events Manager flash constant warnings. The store runs on Shopify and I rely solely on the Facebook Pixel for campaign optimisation, so accurate data is essential before I scale new ad sets.
Here is what I need from you:
• Audit the existing pixel implementation inside Shopify, Business Manager and Events Manager, then clean up any duplicate or mis-configured events.
• Re-install or re-configure the pixel if necessary, making sure PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase events all trigger once, with accurate parameters.
• Verify the setup using Test Events and the Facebook Pixel Helper, and supply screenshots or a loom video to prove each event fires correctly.
• Check the campaign tracking settings in Ads Manager so every ad passes the correct URL parameters and records the right conversion action.
• Advise on any account-level tweaks (Aggregated Event Measurement, attribution settings, CAPI vs. pixel, etc.) that will keep the data stable moving forward.
I consider the job complete when Events Manager shows green across all configured events for the last 24-hour window and the numbers in Ads Manager line up with the live orders in Shopify within a reasonable margin.
If you have deep experience with Facebook Pixel on Shopify and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
