Rental Boyfriend Website Development

I’m ready to launch an online “rental boyfriend” service and need a full-featured website to bring the concept to life. The site should feel modern and sleek throughout, with smooth animations and an interface that works just as well on mobile browsers as on desktop.

Core functionality I expect from day one:
• Individual user profiles for both “boyfriends” and customers, including photos, bios, availability, and simple preference tags.
• Real-time or near-real-time chat so customers can communicate before confirming a booking. Think along the lines of Socket.io, Pusher, or another secure WebSocket solution.
• A booking system that lets users choose a profile, pick a date/time slot, see pricing, and complete the reservation. Calendar view, automatic conflict checking, and simple dashboard controls for each profile are essential.

I’m open to the tech stack—Laravel, Node/Express, Django, or another solid framework are all fine—as long as the code is clean, documented, and easy to extend. Responsive UI in React, Vue, or even vanilla HTML/CSS with Tailwind or Bootstrap is welcome, provided it delivers that polished modern look.

Deliverables
1. Fully functioning public site deployed to my hosting (cPanel or VPS, your choice).
2. Admin panel for profile approval, dispute handling, and manual booking edits.
3. Source code in a private Git repo with a clear README and setup instructions.
4. Brief hand-off session (video or written walkthrough) so I can manage content and users myself.
